A Wisteria-Inspired Editorial at Chateau d'Aubry, Hauts-de-France
A wisteria-inspired editorial at Chateau d'Aubry in northern France, featuring a Cymbeline lace gown, pastel stationery, and floral design by Les Demoiselles de Madame.
At Chateau d'Aubry in Hauts-de-France, wisteria trailed across stone walls and set the palette for this editorial captured by Julia Rapp. Les Demoiselles de Madame directed the concept, weaving the season's lilac blooms through every element from ceremony arch to stationery in a celebration of northern France's spring character.
Getting Ready

The bride prepared in a light-filled room of the chateau, stepping into Cymbeline's haute couture gown in coated Caudry lace. A handcrafted Gisel B bracelet and Dior earrings completed the look, each accessory chosen to echo the floral elegance visible through the windows. Subtle pastel tones carried from her makeup through to every detail of the morning.
Ceremony

Before the stone facade of Chateau d'Aubry, a circular floral arch by Les Demoiselles de Madame framed the ceremony in cascading wisteria and natural greenery. Lilac blooms marked the shift toward early summer, their colour reflected in every element of the setting. The bride's Caudry lace gown caught the soft northern light as vows were exchanged beneath the trailing petals.
Bridal Portraits

The parkland surrounding the chateau offered a series of portrait settings where wisteria draped across centuries-old stone. Julia Rapp captured the bride against these textured backdrops, the coated lace of the Cymbeline gown responding to each shift in light. Pastel and lilac tones threaded through every composition, grounding each frame in the season.
Flat Lays

Celine Vulcain's pastel stationery suite set the palette for the editorial, its soft lilac and cream tones drawn directly from the surrounding wisteria. Wisteria flowers appeared in unexpected details, incorporated into cake design and frozen into ice cubes for the table service. Every flat lay reflected the editorial's commitment to French artistry and an airy, natural aesthetic.
