An exceptional wedding and events venue located at nearly 600 meters altitude on the heights of Villefranche-sur-Mer, offering panoramic views of Nice, Cap-Ferrat, and the surrounding hills. The estate features elegant Provençal-style buildings, terraces, gardens, a helipad, and on-site accommodations for up to 38 guests.
The Venue History
19th century · Provençal
Originally a large farming estate in the 19th century embodying Mediterranean identity through vine, wheat, and oil production. In 1987, the estate became home to a Canadian university for real estate development studies, featuring 23 student houses, pools, and tennis courts. The school closed a few years later, and the property was purchased in 2004 by its current owner. Since then, it has been completely renovated and transformed into a unique reception venue combining charm, elegance, and prestige, hosting over 1,000 events over 20+ years.
