The Venue History
Provencal olive estate
Domaine Jolibois was founded by Anne-Sophie and Clement, a young couple passionate about the Alpilles, Provence, and its olive trees. They took on the challenge of rehabilitating 240 hectares of abandoned olive groves to produce organic, PDO-certified olive oil. The estate sits at the foot of the Alpilles Massif on the north slope, with the Crau plain's pebble-covered south slope creating an olive grove rich in biodiversity. Bonelli's eagles fly overhead while hares, foxes, and partridges inhabit the protected groves among holm oaks and preserved natural landscape.
