Gascon stone farmhouse (restored contemporary)
A lovingly restored Gascon farmhouse five minutes from Auch town centre in the Gers region of South-West France. The renovations transformed the original stone building by combining traditional architecture with contemporary design. Now a four-star hotel with 29 rooms including 10 Lodges, the estate features a gastronomic restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Maxime Deschamps and Stephane Mazieres, who reinvent French classics using local Gers produce. The reception room accommodates up to 200 guests, with views over the Gersois valleys, a heated swimming pool, spa with Ella Bache and Thalgo treatments, a large park, and covered terraces.
