The Venue History
15th century · Provencal castle
A 15th-century Provencal castle, formerly the residence of the Marquis de Balincourt. Three elements are classified as Historic Monuments: the Castle with its grand staircase (15th century), the Magnanerie (silkworm farm, the largest in the region) and its Waterworks (mid-19th century), and a Windmill from the 17th century with a perfectly preserved mechanism. The estate was inaugurated in July 2022 after a complete renovation, attended by more than 250 people from the region. It notably hosted the wedding of Miss France Valerie Begue and Olympic swimmer Camille Lacourt in 2013.

Notable trees include Bald Cypresses, Giant Redwoods, approximately 60 majestic plane trees (Cathedral alley), a magnificent ginko, old yew tree, majestic pines, giant birches, and a giant magnolia tree. Aromatic Provencal plants include lavender, thyme, rosemary, and olive trees. Features a river, health trail, sports spaces, and a tree climbing bridge. Art sculptures by artists Mireille Vanson and Ana Maria throughout the park.
