These terms set out how we use and share your business information on our website. By listing your business on our directory, you agree to be bound by these terms along with our terms of use and privacy policy.

These terms apply to all venues and vendors ('Members') who hold a paid listing on our directory.

1. How It Works

You create a business account by following the prompts on our website. Your business will feature in our directory with enhanced online visibility, location placement, real wedding features, exclusive vendor resources, and featured listings.

Your information will be displayed, accessible and searchable by the public. By displaying your services, you consent to members of the public accessing your contact information.

We reserve the right to regularly update prices and package inclusions.

2. Membership Tiers

We offer the following membership tiers:

• Essential (EUR 200 per year): Directory listing, profile page, venue and vendor search visibility
• Signature (EUR 500 per year): Everything in Essential plus real wedding features, hub page inclusion, and enhanced listing priority
• Premium (EUR 800 per year): Everything in Signature plus homepage features, social media promotion, and priority editorial coverage

Tier features and pricing may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes at least thirty (30) days before your next renewal date.

3. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are payable annually in advance.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or invoice. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

If payment is not received within fourteen (14) days of the due date, we may suspend your listing until payment is made.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Memberships renew annually on the anniversary of your start date.

We will send a renewal notice to your registered email at least thirty (30) days before your renewal date, including instructions for cancelling if you do not wish to renew.

To cancel, provide written notice via our contact page at least fourteen (14) days before your renewal date.

No refunds are available for the current membership period after the first fourteen (14) days.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. A model withdrawal form is available on request.

5. Your Listing

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information.

You may request changes via our Change Request Portal or through our contact page.

Change requests may require safe word verification.

We aim to process change requests within five (5) business days.

We reserve the right to edit listing content for editorial consistency, accuracy, and website design.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership by providing fourteen (14) days written notice.

We may terminate your membership immediately if you: breach these terms, provide misleading information, receive substantiated complaints from couples, or engage in unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your listing will be removed within fourteen (14) days.

No refund is available for the remainder of the membership term, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

You may request a copy of your listing data in a standard format (JSON or CSV) within ninety (90) days of termination. We will provide this within thirty (30) days of your request.

7. How You Can Use Information

You may use information available on the directory to research, connect and collaborate with another service provider.

You must not:

• Use the directory as a lead generation tool
• Manufacture lists from the directory
• Use the directory for any scaled marketing application
• Use the directory for any unlawful purpose

8. Copyright, Trademarks and Intellectual Property

Images and descriptions posted by third parties are their responsibility. You must seek permission before using any third-party content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your information and display your business name and trademarks on our website and related marketing materials for the duration of your membership plus twelve (12) months following termination. After this period, we will remove your content upon written request. You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us.

9. Security and Access

We do not guarantee the security of your information. You must comply with Australian Privacy Laws and relevant data protection obligations in connection with any personal data you process through the directory.

None of the providers will ask for your password by email or phone.

10. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the actions of users of our directory. All warranties and claims are between you as the provider and your client directly.

We do not guarantee any number of clients, traffic or visitors. French Wedding Style remains an external third party regarding the relationship between you and your client.

We do not guarantee any number of inquiries, bookings, or website traffic to your listing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the directory.

Where warranties are implied by law, you acknowledge and agree that the total aggregate liability to us is limited to the greater of one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the total membership fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend us from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses related to your content, your unauthorised use of the directory, or your breach of these terms.

13. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that State or the Federal Courts within Australia.

Nothing in these terms shall deprive consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date written notice of the dispute is given.

15. Relationship

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of your participation in the directory.

16. Inquiries and Leads

Couple inquiries submitted through our website are forwarded to you via our notification system. We do not guarantee any volume of inquiries. You must respond to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. Inquiry data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Reviews and Ratings

We may publish editorial reviews and ratings about your venue or services on our website. Reviews reflect our editorial opinion and remain our intellectual property. You may request correction of factually inaccurate information by contacting us.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Vendor Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
