A Rustic Rainy-Day Wedding at Domaine du Beyssac, Occitanie
Desiree and Dries's rustic destination wedding at Domaine du Beyssac in Occitanie with wildflower styling, indoor ceremony charm, and dancing captured by Jesus Caballero Photography.
Desiree and Dries travelled from Belgium to celebrate at Domaine du Beyssac, a countryside estate near Mazerez in Occitanie. When summer rain shifted their plans indoors, Les Ideales transformed the great hall with a floral arch, candles, and wildflowers for a celebration captured by Jesus Caballero Photography.
Getting Ready

In a bright, white-walled room, Dries and his groomsman prepared side by side at a small wall mirror. Desiree did her own makeup, adding a personal touch to the morning, while her maid of honour styled a flower crown that would anchor her look. The relaxed pace set the tone for the day ahead.
Ceremony

When summer storms shifted the ceremony indoors, Les Ideales crafted a floral arch of greenery and candlelight beneath the great hall's whitewashed brick arches. Dries's brother led the proceedings as master of ceremonies, with both mothers and witnesses sharing speeches that drew laughter and tears in equal measure.
Bridal Portraits

Desiree and Dries walked hand-in-hand through a tree-lined garden near the estate's ornate brick arches. Jesus Caballero Photography captured the couple's easy connection against the textured stone walls and green canopy, each portrait balancing the rustic setting with genuine warmth.
Reception

The first dance unfolded inside the rustic barn, surrounded by guests standing in a loose circle. Long wooden tables were dressed with candles and wildflowers, reflecting the couple's relaxed aesthetic. Speeches continued over dinner, and the evening built toward a lively dance floor that kept going well past midnight.
Flat Lays

The ceremony space was documented with its floral arch and rows of candles before guests arrived, showing the full transformation from garden plan to indoor warmth. A rustic wooden pallet seating chart edged with warm-white marquee bulbs anchored the detail shots, alongside wildflower table arrangements and handwritten place cards.
