Erin and Shane's cross-cultural celebration brought two families from the U.S. and Ireland together at Chateau de Saint-Martory, a Renaissance wedding venue near the Pyrenees. Beneath a canopy of leaves and a floral arch of cream and dusty pink blooms built by Lily et Confetti, celebrant Helen Butler led Erin and Shane through their vows. Acoustic strings from Feels Like July drifted across the lawn as Erin walked the petal-lined aisle. Shane pressed his lips together, looked down for just a second, then back up. Mark from Awardweddings caught that small, unguarded shift.

Golden hour turned the light to warm honey as Erin and Shane moved through the grounds with photographer Mark from Awardweddings. Stone walls, arching plane trees, and the faint blue line of the Pyrenees formed the backdrop. Erin's fitted lace-sleeved gown pooled softly on the grass, her low loose knot styled by English Hairdresser in France framing her face. The bridesmaids in dusty rose satin and groomsmen in soft charcoal anchored the palette with eucalyptus-and-cream boutonnieres.

Fix The Music's first set rolled out across the courtyard and the dance floor filled almost immediately. Festoon lights cast warm amber over cream tablecloths and the remnants of a generous dinner by C&N Traiteur. Guests from three countries found common ground between the cheese course and the first slow song. Planner Clementine from Awardweddings choreographed every transition so invisibly the evening felt entirely spontaneous.

Tables in the open courtyard wore cream linen with runners of loose greenery and clustered pillar candles in aged brass holders. Dusty pink napkins tied with jute echoed the bridesmaids' palette, while golden cutlery caught the glow of festoon lights strung overhead. Lily et Confetti wove ivory garden roses, dusty pink ranunculus, and trailing eucalyptus through every surface. Sage menus from Le Comptoir du Bonheur marked each place setting with serif lettering that felt deliberate and warm.

Sage-green menus from Le Comptoir du Bonheur lay alongside antique brass-finish cutlery, dusty blush ribbon, and wax-sealed envelopes. The serif lettering felt personal, the kind of detail a guest picks up and turns over. Lily et Confetti contributed pressed botanical elements that threaded the floral language through every paper surface.

The fully renovated Renaissance chateau sits near the Garonne river with sweeping lawns, tall plane trees casting dappled shade, and a courtyard purpose-built for long dinners under the stars. Stone facades warmed by late-afternoon light give each space its own distinct mood. The scale is intimate enough to feel personal yet grand enough to host every part of the day in a single, self-contained setting.
