For their third and most intimate celebration after two weddings in Singapore, Sipei and Myron brought their love story to Domaine de Canaille, a coastal wedding venue with Mediterranean views in Cassis. An autumn day shaped by rain that transformed rather than disrupted, this colourful Provence wedding celebration near the limestone calanques traded blue skies for wet stone reflecting candlelight and an atmosphere warmer than sunshine could have delivered.
Getting Ready

In a sea-facing room with morning light spilling across the bed, two friends helped Sipei into her off-the-shoulder ballgown, its bodice covered in three-dimensional floral applique. The mood was unhurried, the coastline visible through the balcony beyond. Myron got ready on the venue's modern staircase, adjusting a light-toned tie against his cobalt three-piece suit.
Ceremony

Under a circular floral arch built from white garden roses, dusty pink peonies, blue hydrangeas, yellow blooms, and trailing greenery, Myron read his vows while Sipei stood opposite in her applique ballgown and cathedral-length lace veil. Rattan bentwood chairs lined the manicured lawn beneath tall fan palms. When rain arrived, confetti petals mixed with water droplets during the recessional kiss, and the couple walked back down the aisle laughing.
Bridal Portraits

Phan Tien photographed Sipei alone before the ceremony, first through the soft diffusion of her tulle veil, then standing small against a row of tall Italian cypress trees on the gravel courtyard. The final portrait of the series caught her at dusk on the stone balustrade terrace, the sky behind washed in warm pink as she looked out toward the sea.
Couple Portraits

Phan Tien brought Sipei and Myron to the stone balustrade terrace for couple portraits, the coastal landscape soft and overcast behind them. One frame caught them mid-laugh in black and white. Another placed them on adjacent balconies of the upper floor, the cream facade and grey louvred shutters framing them like a film still.
Reception

Dinner unfolded on the gravel terrace in front of the stone mas, its warm interior lights glowing from the windows behind. Maison Nans served while speeches drew real laughter from the head of the table, and a strawberry tart was cut with champagne poured straight from the bottle. On the elevated terrace between showers, Sipei gathered close friends for a champagne toast, the sea stretching behind them against the grey-blue autumn afternoon light.
Design and Details

Canopea Design arranged centrepieces mixing garden roses, hydrangeas, and seasonal fruit in coral, yellow, and violet, loose and abundant in style. Dusty blue linen tablecloths anchored the long feasting table, layered with gold-rimmed charger plates, floral-printed dinner plates, and gold flatware. Navy vow booklets and hand-lettered place cards set the palette from the start, the stationery reading like a compressed version of the garden arrangements that followed.
