- Real wedding submission form: contact name, email address, role, couple names, wedding date, venue, region, guest count, wedding styles, story details, photographer and planner details (names, emails, websites, Instagram handles), dress designer, other vendors, gallery links, video links, videographer Instagram handle, feedback, and estimated cost

We do not sell your personal information.
6. International Data Transfers
French Wedding Style is operated by Leanis Pty Ltd, based in Australia. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, including the United States and Australia, where our service providers and infrastructure are located.
Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. Transfers from the EU/EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Transfers from the United Kingdom are additionally covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.

We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal data and we will allow you to access, correct, amend, or delete any inaccurate data. Upon request, we will advise you if we hold any of your personal data. Requests typically receive a response within thirty (30) days.

- Form submissions (inquiries, contact messages, change requests): 3 years from the date of submission
- Real wedding submissions: retained for the lifetime of the published article on our website
- Analytics data: 26 months
- Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Vendor membership records: for the duration of the membership plus 3 years
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Users may upload images via the Change Request Portal on our website. Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and PDF, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per file.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
