This plum and nude-toned styled shoot at Les Domaines de Patras, a 17th-century private wedding estate in Provence blends rustic Provencal textures with refined French design. Lucky You Events layered silk, willow, and candlelight across the estate near Lyon, while Madame A Photographie documented the session with her signature natural approach.
Getting Ready

The couple posed beneath a large spreading oak tree with gnarled branches, the groom in a deep burgundy suit leaning against the ancient trunk while the bride stood close in her lace long-sleeved ivory gown by Caroline Quesnel. The estate's authentic mas Provencal architecture framed these early scenes with warm stone walls and weathered wooden details.
Bridal Portraits

Forehead-to-forehead and laughing together, the couple radiated warmth against the estate's rustic backdrop. The bride's lace long-sleeved gown in delicate French lace paired with the groom's deep burgundy suit created a rich tonal contrast. Madame A Photographie alternated between digital and film formats, capturing genuine emotion and the organic rhythm of the Provencal location.
Reception

Beneath a spreading tree in the domaine grounds, a white-painted farmhouse table was dressed with a linen runner, brass candlesticks, and loose garden-style arrangements of plum and nude roses. The outdoor setting captured the quiet beauty of Provencal light filtering through leaves. The overall design balanced softness and strength, with each textural element grounded in its natural surroundings.
Design and Details

A single-tier semi-naked wedding cake topped with fresh plum-toned blooms sat on a silver stand against the exposed stone wall. A large circular floral arch densely arranged with plum roses, nude blooms, and trailing greenery made a dramatic ceremony statement. Fleurs de Fee crafted arrangements that echoed the surrounding landscape, from untamed greenery to deep violet accents.
Flat Lays

Close-up detail shots captured the bridal bouquet of white and plum roses held against the lace bodice, a garden-style arrangement with loose greenery cascading over the bride's hands. The stationery suite by Save The Date set the tone for texture and tactility, with each material from lace to linen echoing the Provencal setting. Silk ribbons, willow details, and vintage-style table runners completed the layered styling.
