By Elena Moretti | Published 27 December 2025

Floral jacquard and summer light came together for this editorial at Chateau de Champlatreux, a grand 18th-century wedding venue near Paris. Styled by Bella Vita Retreats and captured by Alesia Films, the shoot transformed the estate's sweeping formal gardens into a cinematic backdrop for romantic portraits. Bridal Portraits

Bride in white ball gown silhouetted against tall French windows inside a chateau with sage green drapes
Bride laughing in lace gown and embellished veil holding cascading lily and dried amaranthus bouquet
Bride seated on grass in ivory floral applique gown holding a calla lily bouquet with trailing pearl strands above her head
Bride in fitted spaghetti-strap gown seated at ornamental pond with topiary garden at golden hour

The floral jacquard gown from BC Dress Rentals took centre stage in the solo portraits. Raised blooms in cream and ivory climbed the fabric like a garden growing through the weave, while the deep sweetheart neckline and delicate straps kept the silhouette modern. Alesia Films used the long stone corridors and arched garden doorways of the chateau to frame each shot, letting natural backlight trace the jacquard texture in shadow and highlight across the voluminous skirt.

Couple Portraits

Alesia Films positioned Greta and Jairo across the formal gardens, using the geometry of clipped hedgerows and gravel allees as clean counterpoints to the gown's soft volume. The A-line silhouette moved against the structured bones of the French classical layout, catching summer light at every turn. Jairo's deep neutral suit from The Bridal House of Beaufort anchored each frame, while the pale stone facade of the chateau rose behind them in quiet grandeur.
