Maria and Alex chose Chateau d'Hebertot, an elegant wedding chateau set in the Normandy countryside for a celebration shaped by modern design, sculptural florals by Lake Como Florist, and two couture Milla Nova gowns. The Wedding Company orchestrated a day where blush, periwinkle, and violet ran through every arrangement and detail. Getting Ready

The editorial opened in one of the chateau's light-filled suites, where two Milla Nova gowns hung side by side on a carved wooden armoire. Ekaterina Mignery kept the beauty work soft and glowing, building colour around the eyes in tones that picked up the periwinkle thread running through the shoot. Shoes, jewellery, and a single calla lily were arranged on the stone window ledge, catching the morning light that poured through the tall casement windows.
Bridal Portraits

Maria wore two gowns by Belen Bridal designed by Milla Nova, each celebrating modern femininity with clean lines and sculptural detail. Ekaterina Mignery kept the beauty work luminous and unfussy against the chateau's limestone facade. A single white calla lily bouquet, minimal and deliberate, anchored the styling in every frame.
Couple Portraits

Zhenya Swan led Maria and Alex through the tree-lined paths and formal lawns surrounding the chateau, finding pockets of soft light where architecture gave way to open sky. The images carry an easy chemistry, the kind that surfaces when two people stop performing for the camera and simply look at each other.
Reception

Long tables ran the length of a vaulted stone hall, dressed in white linen with violet velvet napkins folded at each place. Pillar candles in clusters of three lined the centre, their light catching gold-rimmed glassware as the arrangements by Lake Como Florist spilled from low urns in aubergine, blush, and cream. Ange Wedding Cake Designer contributed a five-tier centrepiece with watercolour brushwork in violet and rose, positioned against the chateau's original limestone wall.
Design and Details

Carissimo Letterpress printed the suite in aubergine ink on heavy cotton stock, each piece carrying hand-pressed lettering that darkened at the edges. Magnolias on Silk layered velvet runners, textured linens, and tonal ceramics across the tablescape, while Maison Options supplied brass candlesticks and sculptural chairs that held their own against the stone walls. The colour story ran from shell pink through periwinkle to deep violet, visible in every surface from the napkin folds to the floral plinths flanking the entrance.
Venue

The grand staircase, the symmetrical facade, the formal lawns dissolving into Normandy woodland. Chateau d'Hebertot lends itself to strong compositional lines and rich afternoon light. Every exterior surface became a backdrop: warm stone, wrought iron, and the long perspective of a gravel drive framed by mature trees.
