Getting Ready

A flat lay-style getting-ready detail shot taken from above, showing seven bridesmaids' gift sets arranged in a row on a wooden floor in front of a window. Each set includes a bouquet of white roses and white peonies in a glass vase tied with a white satin ribbon, a pearl beaded cuff bracelet, a personalised name card, and a Jo Malone fragrance box in white and black packaging. The Jo Malone boxes are placed on rose gold gift bags. The bouquets are composed entirely of white and ivory roses and peonies, maintaining a consistent all-white floral palette across all seven arrangements. The pearl bracelets are stacked cuff-style with layered rows of white pearls. Patterned curtains with tassel tiebacks are visible on either side of the frame, suggesting an interior room setting. The overall gift aesthetic follows a classic, all-white and pearl colour palette.

Inside the chateau's cool stone rooms, Kendal Hardman worked through the bridal party while light filtered through shutters in a warm amber wash. Jessie's look leaned into the Provencal mood: fresh skin, a soft eye, and hair that sat somewhere between undone and precise. The pale stone walls and antique furnishings made the most effortless backdrop for the morning's unhurried pace.

Ceremony

Jessie and Tim married in the garden as afternoon light turned golden and low. Lilaswood dressed the aisle with white cosmos, ivory antirrhinum, and dusty sage foliage, intentionally unstructured and swaying gently in the warm breeze. Trimmed hedgerows on either side created an intimate corridor of green. When Tim caught sight of Jessie walking toward him, the pause before he smiled was the kind of moment Rohman Wedding Story caught with perfect precision.

Rohman Wedding Story walked Jessie and Tim through the estate's quieter corners: a sun-bleached garden gate, a stone staircase half-covered in climbing roses, the lavender-edged path that leads away from the main courtyard. These images are built on ease rather than direction, two people genuinely at home in each other's company in a place that seemed designed to show that off.

The bridesmaids wore varying shades of warm sand and soft terracotta that sat beautifully against the courtyard's bleached stone and clipped box hedges. No two dresses were identical, but the palette held them together with ease. Tim's groomsmen echoed the mood in oat-coloured linen suits, collar buttons undone by late morning. The whole party carried the relaxed assurance of people who had dressed for themselves as much as for the occasion.

Reception

A wedding reception room set up for a seated dinner, photographed from a wide-angle perspective showing the full layout of the space. The indoor venue features a vaulted ceiling with white-painted wooden beams and warm wood paneling, draped with dense fairy lights that run the length of the room. Tables are arranged in long rectangular rows covered with white linen tablecloths, set with clear glassware, light blue charger plates, and white dinner plates with a dark botanical print motif. Low centerpieces of cream and ivory roses are placed at intervals along each table. All seating consists of clear acrylic ghost chairs. At the far end of the room, a head table is positioned in front of a large triptych artwork depicting classical urns in muted sepia tones, flanked by arched floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides that let in natural daylight. The overall decor palette is white, cream, and clear with pale blue accents, giving the space a clean, modern-classic aesthetic. Potential venue feature image.
A wide shot of an indoor wedding reception room set up for a seated dinner. The venue features an exposed vaulted ceiling with warm honey-toned wooden planks and white-painted structural beams, draped with warm white fairy lights that cascade downward. Three long rectangular dining tables are dressed in white linen tablecloths and set with glassware, white plates, and white napkins. Clear acrylic ghost chairs line both sides of each table. Centerpieces consist of low arrangements of white roses and white blooms in glass vessels, with single-stem white roses in bud vases spaced along the tables. The back wall displays three large antique-style sepia-toned painted panels depicting classical stone urns, contributing to a classic, refined decor palette of white and neutral tones. The overall styling is classic and understated with a white-on-white floral and linen scheme. Potential venue feature image.

Long tables dressed in undyed linen held tapering beeswax candles in amber and ivory, with low centrepieces of blush garden roses, cream peonies, and trailing jasmine that scented the entire space. Helen Traiteur served a Provencal daube, market vegetables roasted with herbs, and cheeses from the Vaucluse. Guests had spilled across the warm terrace during cocktails with chilled rose from a nearby Rhone domaine, and lingered long past midnight.

More from the Day

A close-up portrait of a bride shot against a plain warm beige background. She wears a deep V-neck wedding gown with a nude/blush illusion tulle base and long sleeves, covered in three-dimensional white floral and leaf appliqués. Her accessories include a gold and pearl floral headband crown from which a long ivory veil falls, and dangling gold celestial-style earrings. Her blonde hair is worn loosely down, and her hands are clasped in front of her. The composition is a three-quarter portrait from roughly waist height upward, with the bride's gaze directed off to the left.
A solo portrait of the groom standing outdoors in front of a dense hedge backdrop, with gravel visible at ground level. He is wearing a black tuxedo with satin lapels, a white dress shirt, a black bow tie, and a white rose boutonniere with small green leaves. His hands are in his pockets and he is looking directly at the camera with a neutral expression. A watch is visible on his left wrist. The shot is a full-length portrait with a classic, formal styling aesthetic.
