Getting Ready

A styled shoot portrait of a couple posed at a decorated table inside a chateau or manor house, featuring dark wood paneling, ornate gold-framed mirrors, and textured wallpaper. The groom wears a navy suit with a grey waistcoat and holds a cigarette holder, while the bride wears a beaded, low-cut 1920s Great Gatsby-style gown with pearl jewelry and finger-waved hair. The table decor features large white ostrich feather arrangements with white orchids and roses, brass candlesticks with lit ivory candles, crystal glassware, and a black-and-white patterned table runner, all styled in a 1920s Art Deco theme with a predominantly white, gold, and black palette. The shot is a medium-wide portrait framing both subjects from the waist up against the richly decorated interior backdrop.
A styled wedding shoot featuring a couple posed indoors in two side-by-side portrait shots, both set within what appears to be a chateau or historic manor interior with ornate wood paneling, a carved stone fireplace, and a crystal chandelier. The groom wears a dark navy suit with a tie, while the bride wears a gold/champagne slip-style dress with a pearl or gold necklace and a finger-wave 1920s Art Deco hairstyle with dark berry lip color. In the left image, the groom pours champagne into the bride's glass in front of the fireplace, which is decorated with large white feather plumes and ivory floral arrangements in silver urns. In the right image, the couple holds champagne glasses near a table styled with gold candelabras, white taper candles, scattered white feathers, and crystal glassware, reinforcing the 1920s Great Gatsby-inspired theme. The overall decor palette is ivory, gold, and champagne with feather and crystal accents throughout.
A diptych of groom portraits taken indoors in a richly decorated library or study, featuring dark carved wooden bookshelves lined with leather-bound books. On the left, a close-up portrait shows the groom adjusting his suit jacket; he wears a navy blue suit with a taupe double-breasted waistcoat, a brown tie, and a white pocket square. On the right, a wider shot shows the groom standing in the background while the foreground features a desk styled with a large arrangement of cream garden roses and white blooms, brass candelabras with lit candles, a vintage telephone, a straw boater hat, and aged books, creating a classic vintage editorial aesthetic. The overall styling theme is vintage or Great Gatsby-inspired, with warm amber tones and moody lighting throughout both frames.

Inside the chateau's richly decorated library, the groom waited in period-appropriate style, echoing Gatsby's restless anticipation amid dark carved wooden bookshelves lined with leather-bound books. Across the hall, the bride prepared in a light-filled bedroom, her vintage silk and lace gown balancing classic bridal poise with the sensual confidence of the era. Warm Loire Valley light accentuated every detail from red lipstick to champagne shimmer.

Bridal Portraits

A couple poses together for a portrait in a formal outdoor garden, standing beneath an ornate wrought-iron domed gazebo structure decorated with white and blush floral arrangements at the top and white draped fabric panels on the sides. The bride wears a fitted, long-sleeved lace gown in a champagne-ivory tone, while the groom is dressed in a dark navy suit. The setting features a manicured formal garden with neatly clipped spherical topiary bushes, low boxwood hedging, and a straight gravel pathway leading up to the gazebo. The composition is a full-length wide portrait shot taken from the end of the pathway, centering the couple symmetrically within the structure and garden layout. Potential venue feature image.
A couple poses together on the stone entrance steps of a French chateau during what appears to be a wedding portrait session. The bride wears a fitted ivory gown and the groom is dressed in a dark navy suit. The chateau facade features tall arched windows with dark wood frames, and the entrance is decorated with large ornate black iron urns and white rectangular planters filled with pink and red flowering plants. The shot is a wide environmental portrait framed through foreground foliage, positioning the couple centrally against the grand building exterior. Potential venue feature image.
A styled bridal beauty shoot showing two portrait views — profile and three-quarter front-facing — of the same woman, presented as a side-by-side diptych. The subject wears a deep red sequined halter-neck dress and crystal teardrop chandelier earrings. Her hair is styled in a vintage-inspired finger-wave updo with pinned curls at the nape. Her makeup features smoky eye shadow in dark charcoal tones, defined brows, and a deep red lip. The overall styling references a 1920s–1930s Art Deco aesthetic. The background consists of warm brown draped fabric, providing a neutral studio-style backdrop. Both shots are close-up portraits with soft, even lighting.
A bridal editorial or styled shoot portrait featuring a woman in a floor-length red sequined gown with a fur stole wrap, posed beside a dark burgundy-painted doorframe inside what appears to be an ornate interior room. She has a 1920s-inspired finger-wave hairstyle, bold red lips, and drop crystal earrings, suggesting a Art Deco styling theme. A taxidermied giraffe is visible through the glass panes of the door behind her, indicating an eclectic, maximalist interior décor setting, likely a chateau or manor house with hunting-lodge style decoration. In the background to the right, a floral arrangement in lavender and white tones and glassware are visible on a dark wood surface. The shot is a medium portrait with moody, warm ambient lighting.

The couple posed on the stone entrance steps of the Neo-Gothic chateau, the bride in a fitted champagne silk gown and the groom in a tailored dark suit framed by carved turrets and grand stone archways. Portraits beneath the ornate wrought-iron gazebo draped with white fabric added romantic softness. The interplay between the chateau's architectural drama and intimate couple moments created a cinematic visual narrative.

More from the Day

A portrait-style editorial or styled shoot image featuring a woman in a deep crimson red halter-neck ball gown with a heavily sequined and beaded bodice and a voluminous ruched taffeta skirt with a dramatic peplum detail at the waist. She stands with hands on hips, looking downward, posed against ornately carved dark wood paneled doors with geometric and floral relief detailing. Her hair is styled in an updo and she wears drop earrings. The overall styling is dramatic and formal, with a bold color-forward aesthetic. Full-length portrait composition shot indoors.
A couple poses together in a portrait shot beneath an ornate wrought-iron gazebo structure in an outdoor garden setting. The gazebo is draped with white sheer fabric panels tied back at the columns, and topped with a lush floral arrangement of cream and blush pink roses and peonies; a small crystal chandelier hangs from the center interior. The woman wears a fitted champagne/gold halter-neck gown and the man wears a dark navy suit with a white pocket square, and they stand in a close embrace facing the camera. Small white floral clusters are attached to the ornately carved stone columns, and a manicured garden landscape is visible in the background.
Close-up detail shot of an antique hardcover book with a deep burgundy and gold decorative cover, featuring ornate gilded scrollwork, medallion corners, and an embossed architectural vignette at the center. The book appears to be a vintage Scandinavian title reading 'Gamle Minder' by 'Chr. Bernhard,' used as a decorative prop or personal heirloom incorporated into the wedding styling. It rests on a marbled surface alongside what appears to be a dark leather-bound item, with soft fabric visible in the background. The styling suggests a classic or vintage-inspired wedding aesthetic, with the prop adding a personal or literary detail to the decor.
A close-up detail shot of a collection of ornate photo frames arranged on a dark wooden side table, likely used as a wedding decor display featuring family photographs. The frames vary in shape — oval, round, rectangular, and square — with silver, gold, and black finishes featuring decorative embossed detailing. The photographs inside appear to be vintage or childhood family images in black and white and sepia tones. A silver candelabra is visible in the background, set against warm-toned wood-paneled walls, suggesting an interior venue with a classic, traditional decor style.
