Vineyard Heritage and Sunlit Style at Chateau de Blomac, Carcassonne
A styled wedding shoot at Chateau de Blomac near Carcassonne, featuring vineyard views, seasonal florals by Isa Fleur, and garden portraits. Captured by In Love…
This styled shoot at Chateau de Blomac celebrates the beauty of slow, sunlit moments in the Aude region between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, near Carcassonne in Occitanie. In Love Photography designed the concept around the 17th-century estate's vineyard heritage, while Isa Fleur created seasonal bouquets that matched the soft textures of the surroundings.
Getting Ready

Inside the chateau's elegant rooms, the couple shared a quiet moment in close-up, the groom in a dark navy suit with a boutonniere, the bride's gown catching the diffused natural light from tall windows. The intimate atmosphere of the getting-ready scenes reflected the estate's calm, with warm tones and filtered light creating a mood both gentle and composed.
Bridal Portraits

The bride stood in the doorway of the grand stone facade, a small focal point against the chateau's sweeping architecture and long veil catching the breeze. Portraits moved through lush garden paths lined with tall mature trees whose branches spread overhead. Each composition used the estate's natural corridors of light and greenery to frame the bridal silhouette.
Flat Lays

A nine-image collage documented the full scope of the shoot: the couple walking through a lush tree canopy, a two-tier white fondant cake with a quilted diamond pattern, and close-up detail shots of the pink and white floral palette. Kraft paper stationery, vintage glassware, and a teal directional sign reading 'Vignobles de Blomac' honored the property's winemaking roots.
Venue

A gravel pathway wound through the wooded garden area beneath tall, mature trees whose branches spread into a natural canopy overhead. The 17th-century chateau, originally producing wine from nearly 100 hectares of surrounding vineyards, has been transformed by its Dutch owners into a welcoming retreat. Views stretch over vineyards and mountains from the shaded terrace.
