Anna and Vladan welcomed family and friends to Chateau La Durantie, a romantic wedding venue in the Dordogne for a weekend-long celebration filled with beauty and meaning. Their story, crossing continents from Russia and Serbia to Vienna and beyond, found its joyful culmination in the Dordogne countryside beneath the summer sun.
Getting Ready

Anna radiated quiet confidence as she prepared in the chateau's bridal suite, slipping into a lace Pronovias gown complemented by a crystal headpiece and glittering Jimmy Choo heels. Later, she changed into a second dress for family portraits, a thoughtful touch that reflected her attention to both beauty and symbolism. Vladan paired a Dolce and Gabbana suit with a Brioni bow tie and an antique Patek Philippe watch, a gift from the bride's father.
Ceremony

Vows were exchanged beneath the open sky at Chateau La Durantie, where a floral ceremony arch framed the couple against the estate's rolling grounds. French Flower Style created arrangements that softened the formal setting with organic texture and colour. The ceremony, conducted before family and friends from across the world, carried the emotion of a couple whose journey had spanned continents.
Bridal Portraits

Peaches and Mint captured Anna framed by the chateau's cream facades and manicured gardens, her Pronovias gown catching the golden Dordogne light. The crystal headpiece glinted as she moved through archways and along gravel paths, each portrait drawing on the interplay of lace, stone, and warm afternoon shadow. The images balanced the grandeur of the estate with the bride's natural warmth.
Reception

Dinner unfolded in the chateau's candlelit dining room, where tables dressed by French Flower Style glowed with roses, tapers, and fine crystal. The evening gathered pace through heartfelt speeches, toasts, and the cutting of a multi-tiered wedding cake. Dancing followed as the celebration extended into the warm Dordogne night, guests filling the grand rooms with laughter and music.
Design and Details

French Flower Style brought colour and texture throughout the weekend, from the ceremony arch to the reception centrepieces. Lisa Gatenby's arrangements combined lush roses, garden blooms, and trailing greenery in a palette that felt both abundant and refined. The design balanced the chateau's classical interiors with a modern sense of romance.
Flat Lays

Detailed flat lays revealed the layers of personal styling that shaped the celebration. Jimmy Choo heels, a crystal headpiece, calligraphed stationery, and hand-tied ribbon sat alongside the antique Patek Philippe watch and Brioni bow tie. Each composition told a story of two families converging, with every accessory carrying personal significance.
