White Roses and Sage Silk at Chateau de Beauregard, Provence
Lauriane and Enrique’s summer wedding at Chateau de Beauregard near Avignon, with bilingual ceremony and sage-green palette. 60 photos by Dall’K.
Lauriane and Enrique chose Chateau de Beauregard, a historic Provencal estate near Avignon, for a four-day summer celebration that wove French and Spanish traditions into a single white-and-sage palette. The weekend was captured by Dall’K, an editorial wedding photographer based in Provence whose work balanced candid emotion with atmospheric compositions across the estate’s Orangerie, courtyards, and ramparts. Four bridesmaids in sage green silk gathered around Lauriane to fasten the final buttons of her off-the-shoulder satin A-line gown inside the chateau’s tall-windowed rooms. A delicate pearl drop necklace and small floral hair comb completed the look, styled by Madame la Marquise. Across the estate, Enrique buttoned a classic black tuxedo with satin peak lapels in the sage-panelled library.

Guests were seated outdoors in front of the Orangerie’s arched glass-and-iron facade, with two tall floral columns of white roses and hydrangea framing the altar. Celebrant Aurelie Casetti led a bilingual French-Spanish ceremony in the summer heat, while woven seagrass baskets held white parasols for shade. The recessional ended in a shower of white petals thrown by every guest.

Inside the sage-panelled formal rooms, Dall’K positioned Lauriane beside a gilt Louis XVI armchair, natural light from the arched doorway casting geometric shadow patterns across her gown and veil. The contrast between ornamental wall detailing and the modern minimalism of her satin silhouette gives these frames their tension.

Dall’K moved Lauriane and Enrique through the chateau’s interior and exterior spaces: the library with its sage green bookshelves, a stone archway colonnade, and the facade of the Orangerie itself. In one frame, foreheads nearly touching on a gold chair against the arched windows; in another, a kiss beneath the colonnade where the summer afternoon light fell in long stripes across the stone floor.

Round and rectangular tables filled the courtyard beneath the chateau’s crenellated tower and ivy-covered walls, with chandeliers from PHOS suspended above. Brunet Freres catered with seasonal produce while Cocktails Van and Co. served from their mobile bar. Prestevent illuminated the facade with a custom monogram projection after dark, and a croquembouche studded with sparklers arrived at the sweetheart table as the evening’s final centrepiece.

Coton Champagne translated the couple’s vision into a palette of white, sage, and natural wood. Long rectangular tables in the courtyard were dressed in white linen with Louis XVI-style chairs, white anemones, sweet peas, and ivory taper candles in brass holders. Inaley Design Floral built the ceremony columns and bridal bouquet from white sweet peas, hydrangea, and feathery astilbe. Hand-drawn stationery by Me Studio and pale gold-rimmed porcelain from Options Aix completed the tablescapes.
