Sasha and Joel layered Jewish tradition with a colour story of cobalt blue, ivory, and gold at Chateau de Saint-Martin-du-Tertre, a grand Second Empire wedding estate near Paris. From the chuppah strung between Corinthian columns to the hora beneath warm uplighting, every ritual unfolded across a property built for celebration. Getting Ready

Sasha dressed inside a bridal suite of sage-green boiserie panels and gilt-framed armchairs, her strapless ivory gown featuring a lace corset bodice with floral applique and a full pleated skirt. A cathedral-length veil edged in three-dimensional lace roses, a princess-cut diamond ring, and white pointed-toe heels completed the look. Alena Novikova and Marie Frauhammer styled a sleek high bun while tall French doors filtered soft morning light across the room.
Ceremony

Beneath the rotunda’s Corinthian columns, a white chuppah canopy was strung between the stone arches, flanked by white floral arrangements and trailing greenery. Guests in white Napoleon chairs watched as Sasha walked down the aisle carrying a full bouquet of garden roses. The circling, the blessings, the breaking of the glass met with a roar of Mazel Tov off the colonnade. Violinist Santiago Falcon carried the processional, each note precise against the open sky.
Bridal Portraits

Catalin placed Sasha before the sage-green French doors, where backlight caught the lace border of her veil and the structured lines of her corset. The strongest frames are the quietest: Sasha alone at the window, silhouetted against the panelled interior, the full volume of her skirt filling the doorway.
Couple Portraits

Catalin pulled Sasha and Joel to the chateau’s stone staircase for portraits at golden hour. Joel in his kippah and tallit, Sasha’s train trailing across the gravel, the full facade behind them. In the grand hall, a kiss against the marble floor and fluted columns produced the kind of image that belongs on a wall.
Bridal Party

Bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in sage green and soft pink, walking the lawns in a loose group that felt relaxed rather than posed. One candid frame catches all ten reaching for Sasha’s ring hand, laughing.
Reception

Long feasting tables and round tops filled the forecourt as the facade turned amber under warm uplighting. L’Ilot Cocktails kept drinks flowing through the early evening. The hora arrived at full force, chairs aloft, the crowd in tight circles. DJ Riki XL Da Silva Masllorens built the energy from dinner music into a set that kept the floor packed, while Scarlett Entertainment added live performance moments.
Design and Details

Kiss Me in Paris built the reception around one bold pairing: green-and-ivory toile de Jouy tablecloths set against white embossed charger plates with scalloped borders, sage green folded napkins, and silver cutlery. Low centrepieces of white roses, green hydrangeas, and eucalyptus ran the length of each feasting table, interspersed with slim ivory taper candles. Gold-rimmed glassware caught the dusk light.
Venue

Pure Second Empire grandeur: a mansard roof in slate, a central clock tower, carved lion statues flanking a wide stone staircase, and the neoclassical rotunda in the grounds. Aerial shots reveal the scale, the forecourt dressed for cocktails and the lawns rolling toward tree-lined avenues. Thirty minutes north of Paris, the property delivers setting and space for a multi-act celebration.
