Jeremie HKB chose Chateau de Fonscolombe, an 18th-century vineyard estate near Aix-en-Provence, as the canvas for this editorial. The ochre-rendered facade, sculpted gardens, and marble-floored salons of the five-star property gave Loris Bianci's photography a rich interplay of warm stone and natural light. Ceremony

Stone urns overflowing with ivory roses and trailing greenery flanked the gravel terrace where iron gates framed the setting sun. Chairs lined the approach beneath mature plane trees whose canopies filtered golden backlight across the aisle. The ceremony arrangement paired classical stone pedestals with loose, garden-gathered floral compositions in cream, peach, and sage.
Bridal Portraits

Against the chateau's warm yellow limestone facade and pale grey shutters, the bride's heavily embroidered strapless gown caught the late afternoon glow. From the wrought-iron balcony overlooking the formal gardens to the gravel courtyard below, each frame played structure against softness. The trailing skirt and fitted bodice read as sharp and contemporary against centuries-old stonework.
Couple Portraits

Posed among ornamental stone urns and reflecting pools in the formal garden, the couple's portraits balanced architectural geometry with the loose warmth of the afternoon. Classical statues and clipped hedging provided a frame while the light shifted from bright and even to a softer, warmer register. The strapless gown and tailored suit held their own against the scale of the grounds.
Reception

Round and rectangular tables dressed in sage green linen sat on the gravel forecourt beneath the chateau's stone balustrade and wrought-iron staircase. White ornate bistro-style folding chairs surrounded centrepieces of ivory roses, soft yellow David Austin roses, and lisianthus, flanked by twisted sage-green taper candles. Scallop-edged charger plates, silver flatware, and crystal glassware completed each setting.
Design and Details

A carved stone fountain pedestal crowned with a decorative urn anchored one garden vignette while climbing white roses cascaded behind. The styling leaned into a palette of sage, ivory, and pale blue, carried through twisted taper candles, cotton-white stationery with a gold wax seal, and loose floral clusters of garden roses and ranunculus in glass vessels.
Flat Lays

The stationery suite arrived in a pale blue envelope sealed with a gold botanical wax seal and monogrammed ecru card stock. A reception place setting styled on grey-white textured linen featured stacked bobble-edge charger plates, a blush linen napkin, and a sprig of olive beside the name card. These details anchored the shoot's colour story before a single floral arrangement appeared.
Venue

A tree-lined driveway of mature deciduous trees led to the ochre-yellow manor house with pale grey shutters and ornate wrought-iron entrance gates. On the gravel courtyard, a styled sweetheart table draped in sage green silk pooled on the ground beneath the stone facade. The grounds revealed formal parterres, reflecting pools, and the kind of layered garden architecture that rewards slow exploration.
